Rudolph's Nose is DELICIOUS!

Here's an easy Holiday treat to make! Make a chocolate cupcake. Beark a couple pretzels and stick into the top for antlers. Add small round candies for eyes, almonds for ears, and a red (if Rudolph is your favorite) or black (if you love the other reindeers more) jelly bean for the nose. Ahhh hahaha hohoho!

Oh Rudolph! What crunchy antlers you have!

Most bears are usually snoozing during the winter holidays but they still manage to be ambassadors to the season don't they? How about making a few CUBCAKES this December. You could also make Polar Bears (that one was hiding behind a tree in the picture above) with white frosting, white candy ears, and a black jelly bean nose!

Here's a new and very very  way to serve sweet potatoes!

VEGGIE VOLCANO

(4 servings)

4 yams or sweet potatoes

1/4 cup of butter

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp nutmeg

1/2 cup cranberry sauce

fresh herbs (optional)*

Preheat oven to 400°. Pierce yams with a fork and place on baking sheet. bake 40 minutes or until soft. Slice open yams and scoop into a bowl. Mash with butter and seasonings. Using very clean hands, mold into four cone shapes onto serving plate or individual plates (or make one giant volcano). make a small indentation on the tip of each cone. Spoon cranberry sauce into indentation and let drip down sides to resemble "lava". Now, run! Just kidding. Maybe run to the table so you can eat this though!

*Insert herbs into base of volcano to resemble grass.
