A nice thing to do as you are saying goodbye to one year and hello to another is to make a big list: a hundred things you are grateful for in the passing year. Be loose about it. Let it move. Big and small. High and low. General and specific. Just make a list. I am grateful that my mom is healthy AND for avocados! Your finished list can be a sort of sketch of the year. Nice to look at and think about that sketch. Nice to say goodbye and hello and feel grateful for both! This is the month to do such an activity! Go!
